1 General Terms & Conditions

333btd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, gaming products, promotions, and related activities offered by 333btd.

2 Account Register

Each individual may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and kept secure at all times.
• The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 333btd does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from 333btd, your account must have a completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, though in exceptional circumstances additional time may be required.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Wagering requirements on any bonus funds must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. 333btd does not charge any service fee on withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Official results are used for all Sports Betting outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 333btd and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity or inaccurate information.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Cheating or colluding with other players.
• Use of third-party bots or automated software.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 333btd reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

333btd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, failed KYC verification, or legal requirements.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to bonus conditions being met) will be returned to you. Self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools are available to all users.

• Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
• Any valid balance in a closed account will be refunded within 14 business days.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
